The last of Scotland

So this is going to be a big conference year for me. I’ll be giving papers at the Nineteenth Century Studies Association’s annual conference in Kansas City in early March, at NeMLA in late March, and then at the Society of French Studies Annual Conference at the Royal Holloway in early July. Which is all very exciting.

I’ll have updates on all of those as the months progress. In the meantime, here are a few last shots of my trip to Glasgow. These are from the interior of the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, a few exterior shots around the University of Glasgow, and a view of the River Clyde from the bus as I was leaving.

I spent the flight home grading an exam, and I accidentally left my copy of Une Vie in the seat pocket of the plane.
